End-User License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing and using Primitive File Size Chart (the "SOFTWARE").

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and PrimitiveZone.com ("PZ")

By installing and using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use this SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may use this SOFTWARE during the trial period of 3 days. If you wish to continue to use the SOFTWARE following this trial period of 3 days or less, you must register.

Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer.

All updates to the SOFTWARE (new versions and bug fixes) are free, no additional fees required. We reserve the right to charge these fees in the future.

2. COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to the SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by PZ.

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by PZ. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as the sale of any right in the SOFTWARE. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of PZ and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license.

3. DISTRIBUTION

The SOFTWARE unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without a written permission from the copyright owner.

b. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the SOFTWARE without a written permission from the copyright owner.

c. The SOFTWARE unregistered trial version may not be distributed inside any other software package without a written permission from the copyright owner.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER PZ NOR THE AGENTS OF PZ WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTOOD IT, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

You may not publish or distribute your registration key, PZ reserves the right to disable your registration key if it is found out that your registration key is publicly distributed.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by PZ.
